Pepsi Beverages (Pepsi), formerly known as Pepsi Bottling Group which is the leading beverage company is charged with the violation of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). The company has been ordered to pay the penalty amounting $3.13 million for the settlement of the case which involved the issue of hiring of discrimination of the African American workers.
