Layoffs

Layoffs are not as noticeable, especially in today's economy. You cannot open the paper without reading about companies laying off thousands and in some cases, tens of thousands of employees. Unfortunately, now become routine until it happens.

Dismissals were the result of the economy. It was not because the company had a bad year. (Fiscal year ended March 31.) Of course, it was a great year. But it was decent. Modest growth has been observed in top line (about 4%) and very good growth on the bottom line (around 14%).
