Introduction
The two agreements Last-Chance Agreement and the Just Cause-Progressive Discipline are for the employees and are given to them prior to terminating them. According to the law of the United States it is the responsibility of the companies to make sure that they provide the employees with this last warning before terminating them. They should be given a chance to prove themselves and to make themselves clear as to why they had taken such steps. The two important agreements are discussed in this paper.
