Executive Summary

The increasing attention paid to the phenomenon of Corporate Social Responsibility at world and increased awareness of enterprises on their social role, has led many economic actors to adopt CSR as a tool for responding to various social pressures, environmental and economic effects from the various stakeholder (stakeholders) involved in multiple levels (local, national and supra-national). Methodology

For instance, in this research leadership issues is the main theme and this methodology will help in giving a proper result and conclusion, this research usually requires an interview, which helps in achieving the accurate and authentic results. It comprises of an interview and then analyzing the situation that occurred as an issue in the workplace. The results are based on the answers of the leader. Basically, this will give a deeper insight in to the study of a particular situation rather than a sweeping statistical survey. It is a method used to narrow down an extremely broad field of research into one easily reachable topic.

Research Design

The research is based on secondary data collection and as well as interview taken face to face directly. The data is extracted from various journals, articles, books and different websites of the company. Secondary research describes information gathered through literature, publications, broadcast media, and other nonhuman sources.

Literature Search

The criteria of selection for the literature were relevance to the research topic and the year of publication. Both public and private libraries, as well as online libraries, were visited to access the data. Some of the online databases that were accessed are ebsco, questia, emerald, and phoenix.
