Topic Selection and Rationale
To meet the challenges of today's business environment, the organization searches for new ways to induct and improve the Human Resource staffing and recruitment. An effective system that is cost effective and delivers quality staffing services to the organization requires the integration of data and knowledge from all channels affecting profitability; e.g., suppliers, internal processes, and customers. The requirement of the staff for recruitment is about 65 including 5 officers and sixty workers.
This includes the job title, duties and functions of each classification, and whether part-time or full-time employees will staff the positions.
Work Requirement: This element contains a description of all the facility positions that are to be filled including working hours each position will work and the duties for each position. New positions are to be found along with the classification of each employee that will be filling the new positions.
HMR is no longer limited to an administrative department but now has a vital role in an organization's strategic planning and future success. Changing trends such as globalization, technology, e-business, diversity and ethics are responsible for organizations heavily relying on HRM to establish policies and procedures that will be effective worldwide.

Theoretical Perspective
Human Resources are the valuable assets of any organization who perform their role to the best of their abilities to achieve objective to their organization. In order to streamline their efforts and performances related to business administrative tasks a Human Resource Management System is needed so that HR continues to play its role without any significant hurdles. It is true to say that organization's strength and power increases by gradually increasing the knowledge and intellectual growth of its employees.

It can be quite confusing to try to understand a great deal about leadership because different people tend to talk about leadership from many different perspectives, contexts, etc, and many people don't realize these differences. For example, some people talk about the roles of leadership, e.g., senior-level executives, middle managers, etc. Other people tend to talk about the traits of leadership, e.g., being influential, inspirational, etc. In conversations or readings about leadership, it's important to distinguish whether one is talking about roles or traits. Also it can be confusing because different people talk about different contexts of leadership, e.g., leading oneself, leading other individuals, leading groups, leading organizations.
