Job Advertisement for Senior Human Resources Manager:

Autocars Ltd is a well known organization currently operating in three countries: United Kingdom, France and Spain. The company employs 300 workers, working as operatives on the machinery for producing fine cars. Autocars is known for impeccable reputation and provides excellent facilities to the worker. The company seeks highly motivated and hard working Human Resource Manager, who would be responsible for the following tasks:

1.Provide Human Resource services to the line managers and manage essential HR policies and initiatives.

2.Conducting performance appraisals for six reporting line managers.

3.Conduct training and developmental activates of the staff and review performance and other training initiatives as and when defined.

4.Providing welfare and counseling services for all the support staff.

5.To play an essential part in recruiting graduates and planning fast track scheme.

6.Assisting the Main Board HR Director and the line managers in planning and implementing the annual wages and the salary negotiations, along with undertaking assigned projects.

7.Responsibility of writing staff handbooks, staff memos, contracts and the written offers for employment and position.

The incumbent must an MBA in HR, with 6 years experience. An attractive salary package would be offered for qualified and skilled personnel. Eligible candidates must submit their resume latest by March 15, 2012. Short listed candidates would be called for the interview.
