At the end of the twentieth century the world is witnessing changes in globalization and modern technology and a climate convulsed by war, fueled by ethno-religious reasons, dramatic socio-economic, natural disasters, etc. Obviously, on these changes we are unable to execute any control but are in the hands of men led to a climate of harmony based on respect and tolerance.
All this influences the behavior of the organization, thus in business, they should have today in mind that the XXI century will require a higher level of knowledge in all sectors. Accordingly, organizations should pay special attention to the management of human relations which demand the improvement of its processes:
Plan, a vision that allows the requirements and provide projections of the company's long-term recruiting and attracting candidates to fill available places or kept in reserve for future requirements, selecting, i.e. to choose and place the worker in the right job, train, consisting of identifying gaps in performance, enhance skills and provide knowledge of senior staff, evaluate, to provide an accurate and reliable manner in which the employee is performing at his post. After all training and making an employee to work it is HR department responsibility to retain their employees and to keep them motivated.
