The term "e-commerce" or "electronic commerce" any form of commercial transaction in which the parties interact using the network instead of the exchange or direct physical contact. The "e-commerce" integrates the entire trading process: consultation, quote, demonstration, proposals, sales, Serbs (in which includes academics) and a number of operations that performed in real time. In this paper we try to focus on the E-commerce. In this paper we mainly to gauge the E-commerce effects on the Global Market Strategies. The paper has a literature part in which, it discussed about the e-commerce and the global strategies that are prevailing in doing ebusiness. The paper has three chapters which discussed about the e-commerce and Global strategies. In chapter one, we introduce the e-commerce. In chapter two, that is literature review part it discussed about the global strategies in e-commerce. Finally in last chapter that conclusion and summary part it conclude the overall discussion.
