Diversity in Human Resource Management
Introduction
The following articles and discussion is about how diversity is no longer the sole province of human resources, but should be part of a separate function to accept the equality of diversity on the organization of labor, goods and services. (Morrison, 1992, 42-48) Diversity is an increasingly important factor in the business world, as globalization began to seize the world market. As major organizations internationalize, a variety of markets in the world creates many problems and many have begun to realize that the problems of managing diversity is not only difficult but also have to start from the inside. Managing diversity can be defined as a managerial process for developing an environment that works for all employees (Morrison, 1992, 42-48) while encouraging and enabling them to use their talents and abilities to the fullest.

Nevertheless, the globalization of world markets, including the labor market is a dramatic change in the way businesses run. (Ellis, 1994, 79-110) globalization means new open-air markets with new customers that require products or services that are appropriate for these markets. It also means a new type of employment market, which is extremely ...
