Managing Diversity in the Workplace and Cultural Diversity, in the workplace, has become crucial for the organizations. The companies in all industries are encouraging ethnic minorities, women, older workers and people with disabilities and foreign workers to join white men in the workplace. After analyzing the responses of the sample population it has been found that lack of diversity impedes having well defined development and training programs. Although the country law and other ethical values have provide protection against discrimination against diversification, but still it exist and it has become significant to identify these problems and eliminate it from the workplace. People from a different culture have a different way of speaking, sitting, walking, eating, and working. Cultures are neither inferior nor superior they are just indifferent; this means that there is nothing right or wrong in what people doing according to their culture. However, it might not be appreciated by the other person. May be the way of sitting, speaking, or working of one person irritates other, which impedes to have well defined development and training programs.
Several scholars have documented the advantages of expanding diversity in organizations. In supplement to the communal justice-oriented goals of expanding equality and decreasing discrimination in associations for persons of varied backgrounds, associations furthermore boost general organizational effectiveness when they effectively encompass and manage varied employees. An advantage of diversity for associations is that they boost regular earnings when they can effectively keep and come by workers from varied backgrounds. Not only does thriving keeping of varied workers decrease revenue charges, but it also aids in the acquisition of highly gifted minorities and women to the organization. It has also been found in the discussion that sometimes diversified workforce could not be the employer's choice, may be he/she wanted to have the workforce from similar gender, background, race and religion. It could be possible for an employer to find employees from these same aspects.
