Most relationships have conflict between them, it is normal to have disagreements, and feeling of anger towards team members. Relationship conflict may associated with the poor relationship and understanding with the team members. It occurs when you have a different point of views and different thinking from others. Relationship conflict is an interpersonal problem, and it can also include arguments, disagreements where words are exchanged. This type of relationship conflict has a negative effect between the team members. It can also affect the environment and atmosphere in the team, it also creates the distrustful team environment, and members are always ready to find fault between each other.
