Analysis of Teams, Power and Conflict in the Comcast Organisation
Power is an intrinsic trait of social and organisational life (French and Raven, 1959), yet small is recognised about how power differences shape conflict pledge in teams with organisations. In this regard, I examine the effect of team power structures (including the power workplace democracy and employee participation) on the team's capability to decide conflicts.
