This paper is based on the case relating to Pandora and the Freemium Business Model. In this paper we will discuss and analyze the model with the comparison with its current model. Moreover, the difference between free and freemium revenue model will also be discussed with regards to e-commerce. In the end the success or failure of this model will e analyzed depending on two different scenarios.
