Abstract
This research aims to identify the current state of motivation among staff at Primark. In order to assess the motivational level of employees, a mixed research was carried out. The research has used both focus group discussion and a questionnaire in order to gather data from respondents. The purpose of conducting focus group discussion was to identify different factors that motivate employees at Primark. On the basis of the discussion, a questionnaire was developed. The questionnaire included different questions that aim to assess the level of motivation of the staff at Primark. The findings of the study have revealed that extrinsic rewards play a vital role in increasing the level of motivation of Primark's employees. In addition, the employees at Primark are not satisfied with the management of the company.
