Introduction

Workplace training plays an integral role in the development of the employee to reach to new changes. It helps the employees to comply with new strategies and new techniques introduced by the management at any workplace (Kirkpatrick & Kirkpatrick, 2010, pp. 70). Workplace training is also known as on the job training. This unique form of training is usually given while the employees are work station and does not require the employees to leave their workplace in order to get trained.
