Learning styles, motivation and on the job training
Introduction
The concept of learning styles directly relate to the conception of learning as an active process. Learning reflects in how we respond to environmental, social stimuli, emotional and physical, to understand new information in a way that individual processes it differently. On-the-job training, often referred to as OJT, occurs whenever more experienced employees teach less experienced employees how to do one or more of the tasks of a job.
