The paper discusses the concept of religion and spirituality in the workplace. It attempts to enlighten workplace management and its importance in a holistic context. The paper also explains the idea of spirituality in the workplace and discusses the role of manager in managing issues related to the spiritual aspect of human nature. It then explains the concept of religion in the context of workplace. The paper also highlights the overall impact of spirituality and religion in the workplace management.

Discussion

The aspects that make up the theme of diversity/variety in the management of human resources are summarized, mediating between the various authors such as age, lifestyle, social status, gender and sexual orientation, training, geographic location, relational forms; professional culture, organizational, community and national religion and spirituality (Paloutzian & Park, 2005). The assumption is that organizations within a demographic and psychosocial imbalance (standardized or unknowingly) will lead to negative effects on performance quality, climate and, in some cases, a decline in corporate image (Fernando, 2007). In an environment of constant change it is difficult to open the spiritual possibilities of work and the people with whom we work. Here we must learn to work at a higher spiritual level - it's very hard to find inspiration in the world "is constantly bubbling water." In this process of reflection and questioning, we began to realize that you need to change this reality. We use references to religion, the sacred books and the lives of those who fought for justice, truth, peace and solidarity to convince us that we must live our spirituality in the midst of these contradictions (Fernando, 2007). It is the starting point for action. We promise to do something to change the situation. We are committed to responding to the situation. It is what we call "action". This action grows out of our own spirituality (Paloutzian & Park, 2005).
