Introduction

Personal management is the process which is responsible for selecting any candidate in accordance to particular job requirements. This selection process is the right way used for hiring individuals within organizations (Bloisi, 2007, Pp. 23-25). The term personal management is applicable on the aspects of selection, recruitment, hiring and then acculturation etc. All of the personal functions are performed by special departments. The overall management in organization needs to achieve results with the efforts of people and should know how to build and maintain the employment relationship (DeCenzo, 2012, Pp. 98, 149). The personal requirement for certain jobs clearly identifies all of the job duties and requirements with thorough description. Later it defines person's specification. In this study we will elaborate the key functions of manager while holding all of the business functions in new market of UK. As being the Human Resource Manager the main duties that are to be performed are discussed in this report.

Job description

Job description is the identification of the requirements of the duties at any job. It is based on the information which is obtained from job analysis; it gives a clear understanding of skills and competencies which are required for task accomplishment of the job (Robbins 2009, P. 57). This describes responsibilities of specific job. It also involves the description of tools, working conditions and the use of equipments along with the skills needed with in a specific job. For example; job of the National sales manager need a competent skilled sales manager who is capable enough to perform certain tasks according to the requirements which are described in job description.

Job Summary

The core objective of the job is building and maintaining the performance of the sales in an organization in order to achieve the overall goal of the company (Bloisi, 2007, Pp 23-25).

Sales Manager Job Purpose

The purpose of Sales job is; selling of products with implied sales plan and right supervising of sales staff.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

One of the major responsibility of the National Sales manager is creating and implementing effective sales strategies and lead personnel's of direct sales nationwide towards the achievement of objectives of corporate sales.

Developing competencies which are required in the process in order to make sales more efficient and effective within organization.

Providing a proper sales budget control along with the incentive and compensation planning programs.

Develop supervision by doing observations of the results which includes salary reviews and performance appraisals and also through the analysis of the filed visits.

Contribute in managing the sales reports and monitor final sales reports and statistics against the targets which are set on weekly and monthly basis and report the final judgments to the top management.

Identify the changes that occur in the value of the product in market and transform these changes and modify strategies in accordance to the changes that occur.

Prepare a complete forecast of sales on monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
