Introduction

Getting to know different types of learners, for an educator it is like experiencing a new book. Every student or child coming into the classroom represents a new discovery with every turn of page. Children's own way of experiencing and seeing the world brings a new and unique library of dreams, hopes, experiences, and fears. Today, for teachers it is very challenging to work with different type of learners and assure that they achieve their greatest potential. Teachers are effectively able to improve learning of their students by discovering the learning style of students. Teachers are able to develop and deliver their lesions more effectively if they identify the characteristics of different type of learners (Mills, 85). Learners learn using various type of learning styles but in most cases one style or method is leading. Understand characteristics of learners and learning style along with associated strategies allow educators to address the each type of learner's needs.

Different type of learners possesses different learning style. Therefore, in order to understand different style of learning and effectively work with of different type of learners, in this paper I am going to explore different type of learners and how as an educator to deal with them when trying to help them write papers. The purpose of writing this paper is to let readers know about different type of learners and the ways of effectively adopting different learning style so that they can help build great learners. Teachers understating different learners and learning styles will be helpful for them to easily understand and handles learners.

Discussion

In order to understand how to move to active learning from passive learning, is significant for educators to understand different type of learners. There are 4 major types of learners:

Auditory Learners

Visual Learners

Kinetic Learners

Read-write Learners

Auditory learners

Auditory learners learn best through verbal lectures, discussions, talking things and listening to others. Auditory learners interpret the fundamental meanings of speech by the tone of voice, speed etc. Written information may have little meaning for them till they listen. These students often benefit from reading text aloud (Honey, 115). Auditory learners are oriented-inside and out-by ear. Sometimes, it seems they are hearing an inner music, as heard on themselves. They talk a lot and when they do, are expressed out loud. There are hearing aids that are 30% of the population. For such people, "Teaching with every sense" style of perception is reflected in the language. Thus, auditory learners are much more stimulated when they hear; they can be easily distracted by noises, and even feel irritation.

It is not surprising that these students demonstrate the ability to music, that are capable of retaining information that has been transmitted orally, can learn languages ??easily, memorize verses (provided when they are read aloud, over and over again), etc. In the classroom, get out of those activities by mouth: verbal games to internalize concepts and relationships, rhythmic exercises promote the learning of certain patterns, twisters and activities considering the musicality, ...
