Four-year degree of an accredited institution with masters in business administration or equivalent.

Five years of sales experience in a business sales environment.

Proficiency in PC.

One of the ethical considerations involved with the recruitment process is that the employer has the responsibility to comply all the recruitment process with the provincial and federal legislation. The information sessions must be booked in advance to avoid any conflicts. The legal responsibility of the employer is to make sure that no unlawful discrimination occurs on the basis of gender, race, age, sexual orientation, disability and religion. The recruitment and selection process must be on the grounds of equality of opportunity. Training and encouragement must be given to the under-represented groups by the employer.

The employment must be done according to the plans made by the human resource department.
