Abstract

Working mothers, good or bad for their children is a prevailing question and is equally important too. For a family, most important element that can up bring a child in a positive manner is a mother who always takes care of her child in order to make him or her energetic and a good human being. If we look back, family is maintained by all the efforts of a mother who look at every single thing in order to make the life of her family members good.

Along with this, life of working mothers is a bit difficult. They along with their work have to look after their family, children and other home chores. In today fast moving world, most of the women tend to be as a working mother for a happy life where they can get anything for their child. But, despite this, working mothers had to face numerous difficulties too. If their family is supportive enough, they can manage work and other activities side by side but, if their family is not supportive, numerous difficulties can come along. Children life is no doubt affected as well in this way. Working mothers if manage their life in a proper way cannot harm the life of their children.

Introduction

Today, working mothers are enjoying a peaceful life and their children are properly managed too. In today fast moving world, need of working is increased that tends mothers to work. But, all worries are related to their children up-bringing. Latest research shows that children of those mothers who work have lower capability to absorb things as compare to those who learn things from their mothers. A child began to learn from home, mother is the only one who let her child learn new and different things. This activity actually enhances the thinking, absorbing and behaving capability of a child.

Thus, children of working mothers lack these capabilities and thus results in a low memory brains. This is one of the major harm that children of working mothers face. Along with this, working mothers are unable to give more time to their children that result in lack of confidence. Despite this, those mothers who properly give time to their children can see how their children are confident. Researches depict how a child behaves when he or she is learning from home. Children are tend to be sensitive and do not express things in a proper manner. Mothers can only feel their behavior and respond accordingly. But, working mothers do not get proper time to feel their children behavior ad respond accordingly.

An important area is to give a child proper time so as to feel what their thinking's are and how they can learn. Basic home learning is very important and if neglected, results in various harmful outcomes.
