Introduction

The ever increasing interest of young women in military service creates a demand for information on recruitment into the army. There are examples from history and experience of other countries alliance shows that women may well function in the Armed Forces. At this stage of the integration of women in SZ no longer questions the presence of women in the different structures of the Armed Forces, the problem is not the availability of the positions and their numbers. Methodology

The most important part of any research is methodology and the research design related to it which explains the way ones research will move (Saunders, Lewis & Thornhill, 2000, pp. 95-102). In our analysis, secondary data has been used which was obtained through the questionnaire which even contains some open ended questions and close ended questions as well. The advantage of using secondary data is that its reliability and validity increased to a greater extent (Bowerman, O'Connell & Orris, 2003, pp.362-376). The advantage of using such research designs is that they are fairly less costly and time saving in comparison with primary research and primary data whose dealing is no doubt more costly.

The choice of population other than US would be a stupidity and doesn't make any sense because hardly people from other countries take part in the military specially women. The sample contains 427 respondents who responded to the survey from different age group and levels as discussed above.
