“Children of today's world are lacking success in school and it has become a great concern for parents and authorities to initiate improvements in this regard for the betterment of children and their future”. The history of learning and educating reflects and corresponds to the ever-changing social and economic values, fulfilling the needs of the two perspectives. From the past two centuries, the educational systems are facing immense challenges to respond to issues in schools and institutions relating to equality and achievement. As countries are emerging to achieve the status of fulfilling their democratic needs, as well as fulfilling their ongoing needs for economic and defense stabilities (Hanley-Maxwell, et.al, 2011). The educational contribution to such needs can be justified through measures of understanding the combine cultural change of the world. The justification is made as the dynamics of the world economy changed from the process of industrialization in 20th century to the changes in 21st century, which brought up the era of information and technology, which still has an emerging concept and is developing at its full extent (Hanley-Maxwell, et.al, 2011).

The transmission of education and school systems in the complexion is judged as the primary modes of schools is to transfer these cultural values to the children for their preparation of performing adult roles with responsibilities of being healthy citizens and efficient workers. Moreover, the educational needs are very important in a country like America, because of the strong and rich culture that the country carries (Hanley-Maxwell, et.al, 2011). With strong background to power and literacy, generations after generations, the country relies immensely on its human resource and the concept remains the same that children of today will be the future of tomorrow.

The discussion stands tall on the increasing needs of education in children for their success and the decreasing standards of education in America, which leads them to failure. There are many reasons attached to the inverse relation of education and failure and similarly there is a lot of requirement for improving the status in this regard to provide parents with levels of satisfaction for providing methods of success to their children. Moreover, the quality and standards of education and processes in America are not up to the mark.

The standard of education in America leads to depressing level of satisfaction as the cost attached to education is very high and most students are not able to qualify for quality education, in addition to such circumstances, the initiatives of scholarship for low-income class students have been eliminated lately (Hanley-Maxwell, et.al, 2011).
