The weight loss is the major issue that is prevailing in the life of the people. There would be numerous reasons behind the weight gain of the person. The diet and disease leads towards the weight gain however increase in stress level increases the weight of the person. The weigh gaining had a negative impact as I have observed that my sleep patterns were identified initially. The loss of sleep was the particular factor when the weight gained was initiated. The first symptom from which I was acquainted is the sleep disturbance after that the blood pressure was declining as the time progresses. I was irregular in my diet and do not have a proper time of taking meal. I was really careless about my diet patents for which I have suffered a lot.

The swift in the diet patterns disrupted my life and my weigh is gained up to 180LBS. I have consulted the doctor for this reason. The doctor supported me and advice to balance my life patter. The person needs to balance their diet in the busy life. The symptoms had a negative effect on my performance and my work life however the studies and work both have negative impact. In this regard the irregular diet pattern leads me towards the constipation and stomach pain. The reasons being not taking food in time was the busy seclude. Moreover the migraine was the big issue to balance the work and the studies. In this scenario the baseline patterns of the occurrence of the symptoms were noted as discussed in the table illustrated below.

The intervention of the factors was considered when the doctor has advice me for the exercise and balance diet that would reduce my 2 LBS. My weigh would be reduced in two weeks according to he developed planning. The diet with exercise will reduce 2LBS that was suggested to me by the doctor. This was the most effective intervention for reducing the weight however the problems encountered while the application of the diet plans in the present situations. There is a great impact of following the proper diet plan for reducing the weight as the calories intake is uncontrollable for me and it is too difficult to control the diet chart. However the exorcises reduce the weight but with the diet control .Mover it is difficult to control the calories in the present situation.

The single subject design was used to acquire for the present assignment. In this scenario I have taken my example and I was the single subject for the diet control plan. However there was effective intervention that was given by the doctor. The diet plan the weight loss technique was effective as there were problems encountered during the diet plan.
