Community Assessment

We will assess “Diabetes in Hispanic population living in Houstan Texas”. I will name the project as “Health for All”. Data of health needs will be collected by conducting surveys in different time intervals. We will visit different areas of Houston and will create awareness regarding the importance of “Health for All”, and ensure that each and every person could understand the concept of equality. In this way they will learn that every one living in the community is important (Diem & Moyer, 2005).
