Data collection tools used in the quantitative research project includes questionnaires, surveys, pre- and post-tests to assess knowledge of participants at baseline and after intervention. Surveys are a good and effective option that help us to the asses the knowledge about the care of patient and both staff and patients should fulfill the survey form that help to get their perception about concerned research questions posited.
