The unnecessary care of patient that is observed in the recent time and it cost op to hundreds of billion dollars, polite way of talking by nursing staff is more effective to reduce the time duration (Cornett, 2010)., further more to the half a trillion per year is attributing towards the lost of productivity and the disability.

Avoidable Harm to the patient

This is one of the health care problems that we have face in recent time. Our statistics shows that those Medicare beneficiaries that are admitted towards our hospital suffered form of harming during the time period of their stay. Early elective deliveries are harming the women as well as new born baby. There is a lot of higher risk that harm towards the respiratory problem and admission.
