It is an evaluation in which not only the boss or the supervisor evaluates the performance of a person, but also from team members, colleagues, external and internal suppliers, as well as customers. Many companies of the world have switched to 360 Degree evaluation because it uses multisource evaluation and is one of the most innovative methods of job evaluation.
