For concentrating on aging people lives as extensively increasing to the extending lives post work. We have to consider the older people needs and requirement by providing the appropriate education and training for their work, which lead them into the suitable future. Although there are a lot of flows and drawbacks present this can be considered in training and education. In this paper we would examine the way we can engage the mature workers in to training and education program that is very essential to meet such requirement. Education and Training fulfil an essential economic function by contributing to improving the skills of older people and their integration for the market and their professional work. In this paper we ought to examining the status of learning and developing in the target audience and the determinants which need to enhance the ability and lead them for best survival for their rest of lives.

Discussion

The general abilities of the citizen are increasing that basically refers to have the more chances and opportunities, and there are possible chances and challenges by which they need to be prepared by fighting against the social exclusion and poverty and so on. Since, to meet such challenge the educational institutes and other government authorities have to take some serious steps for promoting the vocational education training to the older population. All the activities should be communicated and established to encourage the opportunities for people who are an older age. This is not actually enough there are different issues and challenges present for our nation.

By making the strategies which does not only support but also promote such learning approaches throughout the life of people. This sets the targets in economic growth, social inclusion and competitiveness. In that way we can recognize the importance of training and education over the period of life of people in Australia. Since, as the estimated number of older people by the educational institution and other concern authorities, for vocational education and training is still not reaches up to the mark. For this we have to consider the older people for learning and education in a sufficient and effective manner.

The education needs to be given in better ways, and this would also play a vital role for the older population of this country (McNair, Maltby, & Nettleship, 2007). As we know that there are increased numbers of migrants also enhancing the social inclusion in workers market. Moreover, improvement in education and training of older workers will bring the drastic change not only at the individual level but collectively.
