The Mission and Vision statements of the organizations, in this case the healthcare organization highlight or proclaim the ideals or commitments which they undertake to fulfill with this organization. These have a high role in determining the strategies of planning and development which they shall adopt currently and in the future as well.
In order to fulfill their short term goals, Forte Healthcare are shall to assume the complete responsibility of their whole community. They shall endeavor to deploy measure like the ones they currently have like ambulatory services so as to ensure that any and all people of the community who need medical attention are catered to in a timely manner. They shall strive to expand their establishment to such an extent that they are able to cater the maximum people in the event of any emergency. Secondly, most of their services shall be localized that is will be tailored to keep their community members specific needs in mind. For instance theirs can be a Christianity oriented hospital where the services of a Priest can be requested if the need arises and other such activities.
Secondly, they shall struggle to influence to as much extent as possible the community, thereby shielding them from infections or epidemic outbreaks. They might even promote awareness among the community about certain outbreaks or epidemics that might be breaking out in other places. For instance, in the advent of the Bird Flu, they could give out leaflets or awareness literature, spreading the knowledge, causes and advise regarding the disease.
