Introduction

A country is deemed to be blessed if it comprises of numerous natural resources or other factors, which not only add to its beauty but also play a pivotal role in establishing and developing it economy from time to time. There are numerous countries in the world which are blessed with an extensive range of natural, geographical factors and minerals, but they do least efforts to exploit those resources and utilize for the betterment and development of their region, mainly in economic terms. Most often these countries are either deprived of the required resources to exploit the hidden minerals, or they face other hindrances which deprive them of employing those resources for their benefit and gain.

A country or region must not be just content over bearing these natural and geographical factors; in fact, the administration must do everything at their disposal to ensure that these factors are not being wasted, which could be substantial in enhancing the economy of the region. Clear distinctions exist between the economies of the countries which utilized their natural and environmental resources and those which are bear them but still haven't exploited them. For instance, the oil rich Middle Eastern countries, and the most controversial region Pakistan. The middle eastern countries have successfully utilized the exploitation of oil reservoirs for their economies, whereas, Pakistan which is believed to be extremely rich in those resources still has not been successful in deploying the required forces for their exploitation, mainly due to the ongoing regional instability.

Vietnam

With respect to location, Vietnam is a south Asian country that bears its borders predominantly with china, Cambodia and Loas and to the east Vietnam embraces a sea, which has been playing a pivotal role in its economy and trade. Vietnam is also graded amongst the most populous countries of the world, with bearing approximately 90.5 million indwellers. This population rates Vietnam as the 13th most populous region, with being the 8th biggest country of Asia with respect to population.

Like many other countries of the world, Vietnam too, had to fight for her independence. Nature bestowed upon Vietnam the blessing of independence in year 938, from the empire of china, after bravely fight the decisive battle of the Bach Dang River, which eventually assured the independence of Vietnam. After independence, the vietnamese royal dynasty which assumed the power were on the journey of constant and rapid progress as the country flourished both in terms of geographical region and political aspect.

However, in the middle of the 20th century, Vietnam was practically divided in to two political countries, in an attempt to resist the French suppression. This division of one region in two separate blocks ignited furious dispute and coerced the two independent regions into numerous battles and wars.
