There are many things in the world which have considerable impact on our personality. These processions are valuable to us whatsoever their monetary worth they are precious to us. In this paper I will be discussing a few things that are important for me and I believe that they have greatly influenced my perception, beliefs, attitudes and behaviors.
Learning of the Lifetime
“Pursuit of Happyness”, one of the most influential movie I have ever watched. Watching this movie was completely a different experience for me. It involves a great deal of learning and provides a glimpse of actual meaning of life. I use to watch this movie whenever I find myself low on self-esteem. I believe that this movie motivates me, inspires me, give me strength to face my fears, provides me the power to work hard and strive for success. The movie is based on the story of Christopher Gardner, the journey of a person from an ordinary salesman to a successful business tycoon, a motivational speaker and a writer. I remember the day when a friend of mine asked me to watch this movie with her and I initially refused because I thought that it was just another boring movie for which I have to waste my time and money. However, after being constantly insisted I finally agreed to watch the movie. My eyes were full of tears while watching some of the scenes of the movie. I was never a movie lover but this movie was totally a different experience for me. The learning I had after watching this 2 hours movie was greater than many of the books I have read on motivation and success. The movie inspired me to the extent that I bought its DVD and read the biography of Christopher Gardner. The movie depicted his lifetime struggle and hard work which has changed my approach towards life. I am completely a different person after watching this movie. Now I believe that nothing is impossible when you find the courage to face your fears, when you put everything on the line to bring your dreams to reality, and when you mould your obsession in the line of the success.
