Introduction

Labor unions continuously face difficulties in their demands being fulfilled. Often, small issues are ignored because the efforts required to convince the management in their favor may not be worth the benefits of the issues. On the other hand, these small issues may be important for some people due to which they are never let gone (Wagner, 2008).
