Determining wages and salaries: Determining salaries and wages can be difficult because more qualified and skilled employees will be needed at higher salaries to operate the new system. They will be given fringe benefits because they will be hired at higher salaries for operating and executing the new technology (Gerhart, 2006). Not every employee will be hired the same salary and wages because there is a huge discrimination in the job field of education background and experience of the professional filed work.

Training and development: Implementation of a new technology means to train the staff to make them use the new software much easily and in quicker way. There will also be a need for a new training and development program to manage how to plan the training for the new system. This task of the Human Resource department will become the most critical characteristic in the future expansion of the company (Gerhart, 2006).
