It is not anything surprising to know that the process of training is very important for the progression of organization. There would be no surprise that there is immense need of employees to use this training as their way in improving the knowledge, skills and abilities of themselves (Webb, 1917). When there is learning retention from training program, the employees will start generalizing and maintain their leanings.
