1.1

This training proposal course will cover recruitment and selection process in a local company. The selection is the tool and the means by which to incorporate a professional staff of an organization. Moreover, it is the process that will give the organization more appropriate human means to ensure smooth functioning and continuity.

1.2

The job role will provide the knowledge and skills for those human, which originally are candidates, access to the organization. Specifically, we will provide a simple and convenient to find, select and integrate the most qualified candidate to fill a particular position. Also, define the basic profile of the coach and the skills and abilities essential for good performance of its work.

Objectives

Students at the end of the course will be able to:

Knowing the phases and the tools to perform a full selection process and identify the most appropriate for a given position.

Can perform effectively recruiting people in the organization.

Use the selection tests and instruments appropriate to deepen the knowledge of the candidates involved in a selection process.

Apply a method for job interviews.

Knowing the abilities and skills you have to have a good interviewer.

Perform integration and acceptance of candidates.

The course is aimed at all those who in their professional activities have some sort of responsibility that is partly or wholly related to the processes of recruitment and selection of staff in nonprofit organizations.

Methodology

The course is divided into five themes and each may have different support elements (presentations, associated texts, recommended links, and literature). At the beginning of the course, students have electronic access to all its component materials and the print option if you prefer to study on paper. The teacher will guide participants through messages and will suggest a proposed study of different topics from the calendar section (McClelland, 1985:14).
