Abstract

In today's fast pace of competition, the changes are being occurring in the information technologies with a rapid rate. With the changes and the advancements in the technologies, the organizations are also required to bring changes in their working environments by implementing technological changes. The implementation of latest technologies not only increases the performances of the individual employees but also it enhances the overall profitability of the organization. In order to bring the technological changes in the internal business environment, it is essential that the careful considerations must be kept in mind so as to eliminate the risks f errors and the data loss. This paper has also highlighted the need of the training of the information technology specialists so that they can make efficient and effective implementation of the latest computer technology. The paper has highlighted that how the training activity will be conducted and also the timeline of the training activity is discussed in detail. This paper has focused upon the training of the information technology specialists who will not only bring effective and successful computer change implementation but will also enhance their skill and capabilities.

In today's face pace of competition, the changes are being occurring in almost every field of life. The business world is also affecting greatly with the changes in the business structures and in the strategies and approaches. The organizations are required to adopt such changes to as to retain their businesses in the industries and to achieve the competitive positions among the competitors in the industries. A rapid rate of innovations is being made in the technologies and information technology (IT) area. The increased innovation in the IT area has required he organizations to adopt the technologies so as to improve their work efficiencies and the business processes (George, W., 2001). The new and enhanced information technologies provide the solutions to the organizations so as to handle the multiple numbers of tasks with great efficiency and effectiveness. The technological innovations in the information technology have provided many benefits to the organizations (Simerson, K. B., 2011).

The development in the computer or information technology always brings something improved in it that benefits the individuals and the organizations. The most common and the major things that the improved and enhanced information technology system brings involve the ability to process the tasks more quickly with great efficiency and effectiveness, more enhanced problem solving procedures and the business activities supporting elements.
