Introduction

This paper intends to provide a brief outline about different topics. The underlying outline will help the selection of one particularly important topic to write a complete paper upon. The topics basically revolve around the different aspects of Operational Management and logistics in manufacturing area. I have selected these topics mainly because of the fact that the significance of operations management and logistics within the manufacturing area is immense. This paper will help selecting the most relevant topic from the ones suggested below.

Relationship between Operations Management, Logistics and Performance of Companies

In today's modern business world, there is a significant relationship prevailing between operations management, logistics and the underlying performance of the companies. Under this research project; different companies will be analyzed which have effective operations management and logistics in place and its impact over the performance of the companies. Also, the companies which do not have effective operations management and logistics in place will also be analyzed (Magee, 1985 Pp. 200-212). This research topic would help me assess the need for effective management of operations and logistics in modern business world. This topic would cover the following main topics;
