Introduction

In this research paper we have analyzed Luke 5:1-11 carefully. In its eighth verse, Luke describes Peter's reaction to Jesus' miracle through the lines, “When Simon Peter saw it, he fell down at Jesus' knees, saying, depart from me; for I am a sinful man, O Lord.”

We shall describe how Peter's reaction reflects his change of heart toward Christ and sets the stage for his ministry under Him.
