Abstract

In this investigation, I have critically analyzed all the health-related issues of smoking. I have briefly discussed the history of tobacco tradition under the heading of introduction. It has been identified, that approximately 5 billion moralities are caused due to smoking. Three scholarly articles related to smoking have been discussed in this study. I have identified, that smoking is highest among the low-income communities. World health organization, has prepared extensive policies in order to prevent fatal disease caused by smoking.

Introduction

The smoking of tobacco is regarded as one of the foremost cause of preventable death. It is the cause of over 5 million deaths annually. In this contemporary world, approximately 1 billion people smoke in which majority of individuals belong to low and low-middle income countries. However, distinctive countries fall in different stages of tobacco epidemic. Few countries have substantially diminished the consumption of tobacco smoking, by implementing different anti-smoking campaigns (Lopez, et, al, 1994, 242, 247). Tobacco smoking is considered as one of the fatal addiction, which gives birth to various diseases like mouth cancer, heart attack and lung disease. The elimination of tobacco smoking is the prime responsibility of every State health institution. Extensive policies should be taken to diminish the consumption of tobacco smoking. The trend of smoking is significantly found in new generation, where adults treat it as a fashion & get addicted to it. “Tobacco smoking has an adverse association with health issues”.

Literature review

It has been found, that the consumption of tobacco smoking is highest among low-income group people. A survey has been done, to identify the population level tobacco consumption with the intervention of controlling tobacco related issues (Caroline, et, al, 2008, pp 3-10). The systematic review method has played significant role in this task. This method is utilized, when the researcher want to extract the socio-demographic and socio-economic characteristics' of the participants. The researcher wants to identify the highest consumption of tobacco smoking with respect to socio-economic and demographic factors.

The researcher utilized 19 individuals for systematic review. He has found that smoking is most common among low-income communities. He has made association between tobacco consumption and the price of tobacco. He has analyzed, that when the price of the tobacco is high, is consumption is low and the health issues are minimized (Caroline, et, al, 2008, pp 3-10).. When the price of tobacco is low, its consumption is high which leads to various health issues.

In this investigation, the researcher aims to identify the consumption of tobacco among females'. The prediction has been made, that the smoking among females' will be doubled from 2005-2025. The consumption of tobacco especially smoking, in females is significantly escalating which leads to various complexities.

It has been found, that in few regions the consumption of tobacco among males and females is almost narrow. The females who belong to low-income background are more addicted to tobacco, especially smoking. On the other side, the females who belong to high-income background ...
