If I don't, then who will?

From the days of my maturity, I saw my mom getting involved in different activities, whether it is school, church, or the community. She had a volunteer blood in her nerves and whenever she participates in some activity, other family members also get influenced by my mom's interest. I remember the days, when other member of my family got ready for the task and I used to slumber in my cozy bed. I always protested about the volunteer activity and my mom always asked me “It's for poor children or it's for the Church”. Blinking from the dreamy land, my mom realized me if I don't do then who will? Though with the turtle pace, this question mark certainly left its patch on my mind and I started thinking that people will not volunteer then who will help those needy?

My brought up saw my mom's effort for people without thinking about her own benefit. But she had only one single motive that to satisfy her soul by helping others so my other family members do. My sister arranged the sound equipment for the annual Christmas day of school, my brother arrange ceremonies in the church, my dad made chicken soup for the summer festival of the Church. In this manner, I also stood in swelter days for organizing a school library. The nature of the works is so gentle and responsible that no one could dare to deny, but it is important to notice that each work accompanied the question that if you don't do it, then who will?
