This I believe

This I Believe was a five-minute CBS Radio Network program hosted by reporter Edward R. Murrow from 1951 to 1955. A half-hour European type of This I Believe ran from 1956 to 1958 over Radio Luxembourg.

The display boosted both well renowned and everyday persons to compose short term papers about their own individual motivation in life and then read them on the air. This I Believe became a heritage occurrence that worried one-by-one conviction other than devout dogma. Its attractiveness both evolved and waned inside the era of U.S. Senator Joseph McCarthy and the Cold War.
