Introduction

The purpose of this study is to see how the HMIS implementation by the WHO is vital to preserve health in the developing countries and how it will help to determine the future HMIS implementations by WHO which may strengthen the health conditions. This study covers the gaps that are seen in the role of WHO and how WHO relates to the effective decision making, ethical considerations, environmental and compliance measures and how the patients are protected. The millennium development goals of the UN are targeting the major health issues along with the other key problems such as constituting a direct frame work and poverty diminution for this hard work. For this purpose, the assessment and evaluation of programs by the WHO can be conducted in various district to observe how the program is needed, designed , implemented and delivered by the WHO and what are the results and impact of that respective program (Vewrsel, 2008).

A situation of complete societal, mental, bodily well being and not just the absences of poor health are defined as Health by the World health organization. The World Health Organization (WHO) was one of the initial organizations that were produced by the United Nations (Research for Health, 2012). The United Nations Specialized agency for health “The World Health Organization” successfully and effectively began on 7th April 1948, when its establishment came into force, and to this day it continues to spearhead global public health initiatives. The main purpose of WHO was to attain utmost possible levels of health. The determinants of health can be represented by the biological, social and environmental factors that can either lift or worsen the levels of health in residents of the globe. This helps them to understand the trends that are related to health, how some individuals have improved or worse health than others and also provides an outstanding opportunity to support quality health within a particular society. Economic, cultural and legislative authority has also been taken under consideration while analyzing the health situation of the earth. Around 1 billion individuals lack admittance to health care systems due to deficiency and poverty (Navarro, 2004). Over the years, the WHO has played a explanatory role in the organization and promotion of global programs to eliminate infectious diseases, including small pox, polio, and measles; in helping developing countries, in particular, to build their public health care systems; and in the development of surveillance systems for and responses to highly infectious emergent diseases (e.g., Ebola) (Research for Health, 2012). To date the WHO's greatest contribution is the role that it has played in transforming the thinking on the development of primary health care.
