Health is the state of any living organism, in which he as a whole and all its organs are able to fully perform its functions, the absence of infirmity and disease. A healthy person is one, who has the perfect physique in terms of his weight. A person who nicely built, but is not overweight, performs regular exercise and has no diseases considered to be a health individual. This is because of the fact that a person who overweight, also has a lot of diseases to go with his weight, as the reason of his overweight based on his eating habits. In order to be healthy, it is important for an individual to take exceptional care of his eating habits (Bhargava, Alok, et al, 2002).

Staying away from unhealthy foods is necessary if you want to maintain appropriate health. When we talk about unhealthy foods, we must be guided by the saying "You are what you eat". What you put in your body digest and become you. Imagine you are building a new house using only the building materials of lower quality can find you.
