This paper is based on the case study of Carter Cleaning Centers. The company is managing its HR-activities virtually. Therefore, the approach to interview job candidates is not organized. The hiring at Cater Cleaning Centers is conducted by store managers. The store managers rely on a few questions that they ask candidates.
