Introduction

The operations plan being designed in this research paper is for the Jaw Energy drink which is the product of Coca Cola beverages. Coca is among the companies which are known for the quality of the beverages and they enjoy an excellent goodwill as well as reputation. The operation plan will be comprehensive and will encompass all areas of management which are necessary in order to ensure the execution of the product efficiently and effectively.

Management Team by drafting an organizational chart and a plan for hiring employees

The management which will be responsible for drafting the organizational chart and a plan for hiring the employees will be the senior management and the CEOs who will be defining the organizational hierarchy and reporting authorities of the staff. Solid line and dotted line reporting will be clearly inculcated in the organizational hierarchy and will communicate to the employees. Line Managers and Staff managers will be established who will be providing support to the teams which will be deployed under them and will also be taking care of organizational objective and mission. The Human Resources department will be established which will be making the policies for hiring the individuals and ensuring that right person should be selected for the right job.

Key employee policies and a code of ethics

Ethical behaviour includes that the employees should be maintaining a decorum in the office which is directly in compliance with the organizational policies and ensure that the safe behaviour should be adopted in every regard.

Staff members should be conducting all of their activities in a safe and competent manner and should be able to in accordance to relevant occupational health and safety legislation.

Employees should treat other employees with due respect and courtesy with the best of their ability.

Employees should keep themselves updated with all the policies of the organization in order to ensure excellent compliance.

Employees should maintain confidentiality with regard to all the information of the company. The information should not be communicated outside without proper consent.

Employees should all such activities which compromise their performance or the integrity of the organization, inside and outside the organization.

Employee should not promote any negative behaviour or should talk against the company with colleagues. Failure to comply may lead to severe consequences which could involve termination and penalty.

Workplace environment

Workplace environment should be conducive to learning there should be no boundaries to learning senior management should learn from junior management and junior management should learn from senior management. The company's decision should be open to discussions and productive criticisms and thus involvement of relevant employees should be ensure when it comes to decision making. The concerns regarding any of the policies or decisions taken must be communicated to the management and if the concern is valid then it should be complied at earliest possible.
