Introduction

According to Plunkett, Attner and Allen (2008), crimes leading to felony differentiate on the basis of jurisdiction. Felony convictions include robbery, burglary, personal larceny, household larceny, murder, rape, and others. According to Harrison & Schehr (2004), felonies are crimes which can carry a term of imprisonment of more than one year. This paper will discuss appropriate research method, data collection procedure, and research instrument for the research on the hiring convicted felons.
