This research uses qualitative interviews with patients who frequently use the telehealth for care for acute infection. Acute infection is a disease with staid consequences for mortality, morbidity, and health resource utilization. Many people with acute infection have to keep wrestling management practices such as attention to blood pressure, glucose levels and management of medication.
