Abstract

In today's world of intense competition, almost everywhere, it is very important to be part of a team, whether at work or in any other place. It teaches you many things. The most important advantage of team formation is that it helps all participants to express their opinions as well as to communicate with each other.

A group of people definitely has more power than the individual. Forming a team receives prominence in organizations, because employees generally want to feel that they are authorized. In the formation of collective cooperation is essential. Team members share knowledge to achieve goals and develop a strategy to solve a variety of advanced tasks. Overall production efficiency of the entire team depends on the relations between its members.
