The first component of the team evaluation survey was Design that is the Creative Process and Work Design Approach. The survey result shows that 66.67 % of the respondents acknowledged that my team's current overall creative process is effective in leading to promising creative results. The team's current method of generating ideas is more effective than the process as voted by 83% of the respondents.
